The Space

Unique 2-story modern home in a peaceful Highland Lakes community in Central Texas. Surrounded by lakes and wildlife - conveniently located with nearby restaurants, shopping, wineries, exotic zoo, hiking trails, state parks and more!

Guest Access

Entire home to yourselves. The home has a private outdoor patio, BBQ and seating area exclusively for guests. The backyard patio has a propane fire-table and fenced area which is shared with host.

Interaction with Guests

As little or as much as you want! We live on the property, available to help with where to eat, hike, tips on sight-seeing, shop for groceries, etc.
We attend the Marble Falls South English congregation and welcome you to our BNB.

Other Things to Note

Although there are some nice areas within walking distance, a car is necessary for getting around, there is no public transportation.
Guests must be able to safely climb stairs to access this property.
13% hotel tax will be added to total upon booking.

The Neighborhood

Beautiful area with hiking trails and lakes nearby for swimming, paddling, canoe, kayak, fishing. Lots of wildlife in the area. Wineries, restaurants, downtown shopping on Main Street, Exotic Zoos, Longhorn Cavern, Enchanted Rock State Park, Inks Lake State Park, and lots more!

No wood fires - please use the propane fire-table and BBQ.
No smoking or vaping, of course.
No events or loud music.
Observe Quiet Hours Ordinance 10pm-7am.
Pets must be leashed when outside, please don't allow them on the beds or tie them up outside. If you must leave your pets alone inside, they must be crated; there is a large crate available for you to use.
Please disclose all people, pets (service animals included) including any children and infants that will be staying. Reservation is limited to 6 people and a maximum of 2 well-behaved dogs - including service animals.
Self check-in between 3pm-9pm, please let us know if you'll be arriving after 9pm.
Check-out is 12noon
Guests must be able to safely climb stairs.
2-nt minimum stay on weekends
