Our apartment has free street parking. We'll meet you to give you the keys so you can get settled as quickly as possible.

We are currently serving as need greaters in the English field in North Cyprus but we love to be hands on so we will be available as much as we possible. We also have a local sister to assist and make sure you have a wonderful stay.

The Neighborhood

If you are all about living like a local then you are going to love our neighborhood! You'll find hardly any tourist in this local family neighborhood, what you will find is friendly Greek neighbors (that can speak English) who are very welcoming. There are many coffee shops, bars and restaurants within a 10min walk of the apartment, and because its a local neighborhood you won't find any "tourist" quality food, only the best and freshest authentic Greek cuisine.

Getting Around

There is a bus stop on the corner that will take you to the metro in 10mins., from there you can hop on and be downtown in another 10mins. Buses come every 15mins.
You can also use a taxi as they are very cheap.

- If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back. Quiet times are 11pm - 7am (Mon-Thurs) + 11pm-8am (Sat-Sun)
Check in is anytime after 4PM We collect at $250 damage deposit which will be refunded within 24 hours of checkout barring any damages.

No parties, events, weddings, receptions, retreats, classes, etc. (hereafter referred to as "event" or "events") may be held at the property without prior written consent by Landlord. If written consent is obtained for said events, etc., the Tenant agrees the maximum number of people on the property at any one time will not exceed the maximum number of guests permitted for the property. Tenants in violation of this policy shall cause termination of this agreement with no refund of rents or deposits.

This home was absolutely perfect for our trip. Beautiful, open, and clean. The kitchen had everything needed to make our gourmet dinners! Wrap around veranda with stunning views made for enjoyable outdoor dining. Awesome sound system to enjoy our tunes. Host was responsive to any questions. Lovely helpful neighbors made us feel at home. Wish we had more time to enjoy it!

We absolutely loved this place. Anytime we had any questions they were quick to respond and very helpful. We absolutely loved that we wernt on the city center. There is plenty of restaurants and shopping around that's walking distance. We had users pick us up as well with ease. We loved siting on the balcony with a glass of wine and just taking in the surroundings.

Wow, we loved this place! Such an amazing apartment with exceptional decor and equipped with everything needed for a perfect stay. We had the best night’s sleep because of the most comfortable mattress and loved the awesome view of the Parthenon from the balcony! Fotoula and Antony were so lovely, caring, and great communicators…the perfect hosts. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Athens. We’re looking forward to staying here again!
