Other Things to Note

This is a new property and not yet completely set up as some may expect for a vacation rental from other commercial sites. We are open to suggestions for improvement from friends that use it.
Water is a precious commodity in the Baja so please do not let water just run for no reason and be conservative where possible. Drinking water filtered at refrigerator tap. Trash must be in designated area by Wednesday night for Thursday pick up.

Note: There is an illegal project in the works in front of the deck which means there will be daytime construction noise 5.5 days per week and eventually the view will be lost.

Getting Around

Private parking for one vehicle included in secured area on site.
