We had a great time at Nina’s place. It is very clean , spacious , has all amenities , close to many shops , public transportation and very safe. The beds were very comfortable. We didn’t even feel like we were sharing a bathroom as it was always available. Nina is a great host. Extremely clean and friendly. It was the first time she saw us but we felt as if we have visited a relative. She gave us a lot of tips as well. I love her soaps and lotions that are hand made. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I was quite hesitant when the host said she lives in apartment and shares bathroom with guests. But I booked anyway and did not regret because Nina is VERY clean and keeps the apartment clean too. I definitely recommend this place. I like the fact that it is literally 2 mns from the subway station which makes things easier. I will definitely be back.

Excellent stay. Nina’s place is spacious and very clean, beds were comfortable and there’s AC. Nina is super hospitable and accommodating. She’s also very responsive and answers all questions quickly. It’s also the perfect location! Found free street parking for the whole weekend, didn’t move the car until the night we left. Her building is around the corner from the train. We loved everything about our stay and would definitely do it again.

Stayed for two nights at Nina’s place and it was nice and spacious, neat and tidy. I’m usually out and I didn’t cook but she has all amenities to cook a meal. She’s very accomodating and informative providing useful tips on how to get around the city. She lives just a walk away from the Train station which took me three trains away to get to Manhattan memorial museum. She also lives just a walk away from town and the laundry which is very handy to grab food and wash clothes. Get earplugs.

I loved staying at Nina's. Clean environment, comfortable beds and bathrooms always available and clean even if shared. The owner is very helpful in reccomending places to visit, she is welcoming and reserved. The location is optimal: you can easily reach the metro station (2 mins) and shops of any kind. I reccomend it to everyone!

My Daughter and I had a great time at Nina’s She was a wonderful host. The appartement is located in a nice area, close to all public transportations and many stores.

What an enjoyable stay! I have never stayed in a shared space, so was a bit hesitant to book, but Nina is a gem and amazing host! She offered coffee and made delicious muffins for us. Her place is spacious and very clean. Train entrance was just around the corner. We look forward to staying in the future. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for an affordable and comfortable place, I highly recommend staying with Nina. She was a wonderful host, always responded quickly and was very accommodating with the change in my arrival time. The home is clean, and the room I stayed in was very spacious with 2 beds. It’s also 1 block from public transit which is extremely convenient. I had no issues. Thank you Nina for your hospitality and morning coffee.

Nina was the perfect hostess and temporary roommate! The location and living arrangements were perfect for a weekend getaway! Her prices are already discounted so it works well for anyone on a budget. My only regret is that I wish I would have known about her place sooner. :)

It was a great time in Nina's place. The bedroom was very clean, comfy and warm (it was freezing outside). She did her best to make us feel comfortable. The subway station is really close, making everything easier.
