4)Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, so long as its not within 14 days of intended visit.

Please help us maintain a Pest Free home. Please clean after yourself regularly. Do not leave trash or dishes out overnight. Please bag trash and place it in trash bins outside.
For your safety and ours…Please make sure all small appliances are cleaned, and unplugged after every use.
The window in the living space also serves as an egress in the event of an emergency. Feel free to open to allow fresh air. For your safety and ours, please make sure the window is closed before stepping out and retiring for the evening.
You are free to enjoy the Gym. ONLY use equipment on the provided mats. Use at your own risk.
Please help us keep our place affordable. Please be efficient with resources and amenities.
If something breaks or is damaged please replace it or let us know promptly to make arrangements for replacements.

Such an awesome location! Very close to good food, convenience stores, and public transit. Quiet street, clean area, well lit road. Very clean room with great lighting and a really cozy layout. Lovingly cared for by the hosts, making sure we had anything we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend! 5 Stars *****

Such an incredibly nice place with easy access to public transportation routes. Cindy's space was so clean, inviting and well thought out with every ammenity you could imagine ever needing for your trip and then some! My husband and I immediately felt at home. As a frequent BNB user I am truly thankful for this brotherhood and it's training as it even shines through within business dealings such as these. Flawless stay.
