The studio is in the lower section of our home with its own separate entrance. It consists of a queen bed and a convertible sofa that changes into a full size bed. It has a full bathroom with bathtub and ample sink. Towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. The kitchenette has a small, under counter fridge, good counter space, coffee maker, hotplate, toaster, microwave, ninja blender, pots and cooking utensils. Dishes, silverware, paper towels, coffee and tea are provided along with some basic spices. You have a small outdoor area with seating. Pets are not allowed.

Check-in anytime after 3pm. We are available if you need us, but we won't disturb otherwise.

Payment:
Payment is due in full at the time of booking for a reservation of 5 nights or less.. For reservations of 6 or more nights a deposit is required and the final payment is due the day before check in.
We accept PayPal, Apple Pay or Zelle.
Cancellation Policy:
Strict- you have 7 days after booking to cancel for a full refund. After this time no refunds will be issued.
The Neighborhood
Very quiet area in Town of Newburgh. You will see a lot of people running and bike riding along our street. Water st. is very close so there are good restaurants near by and there's also a 24hrs market 3min away.
Getting Around
Car rental is needed here. No public transportation.
